How Returns Work
- Email us at hello@chssos.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number.
- Ship the unused tubes back to the return address we provide. You cover the return shipping.
- Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Partial refunds available for partially used packs
- Trial Pack returns must include at least one unused tube
- Damaged or defective products: full refund or replacement, your choice

FREE shipping included on Value Pack (8 tubes) and Mega Pack (12 tubes). Standard shipping rates apply for Trial Pack and Prepared Pack. All orders ship discreetly with no exterior branding indicating contents.
